You are currently viewing Residents, Businesses, and Visitors to Truro Survey 2025

Truro City Council is developing its business plan for 2025–2029, which will shape its annual budget and precept. (A precept refers to the amount of money a parish or town council requests from the principal council (Cornwall Council) to fund its activities. This is added to the annual Council Tax bill.)

This survey is designed to help Truro City Council to understand how residents, businesses, commuters and visitors to Truro feel about the services delivered by Truro City Council in order to inform how its budget should be prioritised in the 2025-2029 period. Your answers will guide decisions on future investment for making Truro a great place to live, work, and visit.
