The City Council operates car parks at Hendra Skate Park, Truro Community Library, Boscawen Park, Victoria Gardens, and Boscawen Park Pavilion.
All users of Boscawen Park Car Park will be required to display a ticket upon arrival even if they plan to park for less than 4 hours. Tickets can be obtained from the parking meter located next to Café in the Park or register through JustPark. Please note that parking is free for the first four hours; however, a ticket must be displayed at all times even if your stay will be less than 4 hours.
The tariffs are as follows:
- Up to 4 hours – Free parking but a ticket must be displayed to prove time of arrival
- 4 to 5 hours – £4.20
- 5 to 6 hours – £6.20
- 6 to 7 hours – £8.50
- Up to 24 hours – £10.50
Charges will apply seven days a week, 00:00 – 23:59, including Bank Holidays.
The following conditions apply:
- Motorhomes and campers are prohibited between 23:00 – 08:00.
- Tickets are only valid for the Boscawen Park Car Park.
- A ticket must be obtained and displayed for each space used.
Tickets are non-transferable between vehicles.
For permit holders only. Permits are available from the Finance Department. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis as applications are received. Each numbered space is reserved for a period of one year, running from May to April. If a space becomes available partway through the year, the fee will be applied pro-rata. Payment must be made in advance before a permit is issued. Accepted payment methods: BACS, Cash, or Cheque. Businesses may purchase additional permits for £10 each, allowing multiple vehicles to share the same allocated space.

Parking at the library is permit controlled and reserved for tenants of the building.
Parking at Victoria Gardens is free for 2 hours. This car park operates form dawn ‘til dusk.
